Eldred H. MacDonell, Jr., MD

Dr. MacDonell is a native of South Bend and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University, Atlanta, then moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where he completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology. He joined Gastroenterology Associates in 1994 and is based at our Community Hospital North office. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
