David L. Bash, MD

Dr. Bash graduated from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, in 1969. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine, graduating in 1973 with his Doctor of Medicine degree. He then completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at IU. He co-founded Gastroenterology Associates in 1978. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and is based at our Community Hospital East office.
